In the app (fastest)

1. Open Skincare by Neli and go to Home.
2. Tap the settings icon (the gear) in the top right corner.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away. This cannot be undone.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email npmladenova@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

If you used the App as a guest in an earlier version and never added an email address, we cannot link a request to your account. Use the in-app steps above.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address and password hash
• Your skin profile and preferences
• Your routines and check-ins
• Your saved products
• Your skin scan results
• Your daily tip history, usage counters and sign-in sessions
• Data on your phone, including your photo journal, routine log and product dates, when you delete from the app

What may be kept

• For former guest accounts, a one-way hash of the guest identifier, for up to 90 days, so that old sign-in tokens cannot be reused. It cannot be turned back into your data.
• Photos from scans you took in the last 30 days, which Anthropic, our AI provider, deletes automatically within 30 days of each scan.
• Purchase records held by Apple or Google, under their own policies.
• If you redeemed a gift code, the record of the code, without any link to you.
