Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using Skincare by Neli ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The service
The App offers personalized skincare routine suggestions, product and ingredient information, an AI skin scan and general skincare education. It is intended for information and education only.
3. Not medical advice
The App does not provide medical advice. Everything in it, including the AI skin scan, routine suggestions, ingredient information and tips, is general information. It does not replace professional diagnosis or treatment. For any question about a skin condition, ask a qualified dermatologist or doctor. Never ignore professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you saw in the App. Read the full Medical Disclaimer.
4. Accounts
To use the App you create an account with your email address. You must be at least 16. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done under your account. Please keep your information accurate.
5. Subscriptions and payments
The App needs a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. A new subscription starts with a free trial of the length shown before you subscribe; if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you are charged. Prices are shown before you buy. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from.
A gift code gives full access for the period it states. The period starts on the day you redeem it, or, if full access from an earlier gift is still running, when that ends. A code can be redeemed once, on one account, and you need to be signed in to redeem it.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and other content you add. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the App's features, as described in the Privacy Policy. Skin scan photos are processed and then discarded; journal photos stay on your device. Only upload photos of yourself.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for anything unlawful;
- try to reverse engineer the App;
- upload harmful, offensive or illegal content, or photos of other people without their permission;
- interfere with the App or its servers;
- create multiple accounts to get around usage limits.
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, content, tips, ingredient data and routine logic, belongs to the developer and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of it.
9. Product information
Product suggestions and compatibility checks are based on ingredient lists and your profile. They are not clinical tests, and we do not promise any particular result. Product data may come from third-party sources such as Open Beauty Facts and may be incomplete or wrong, so always check the packaging. Data from Open Beauty Facts is made available by its contributors under the Open Database License.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the App is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for damage caused by using, or being unable to use, the App, or by any routine, product or decision based on its content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account from its settings (see Delete your account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes in the App. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes go to the courts of Sofia, unless the consumer law of the country you live in says otherwise.
