Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy is for people who live in Washington, Nevada or another US state with a consumer health data law. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which describes everything the Skincare by Neli app ("the App") collects.
1. The health data we collect
- The skin concerns and sensitivity you choose during setup.
- Whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding, asked of everyone except people who say they are male, so that no retinoid is added during pregnancy.
- The written observations from each skin scan. The scan photo itself is never stored.
- Your daily skin check-ins and any notes you write in them.
2. Where it comes from
Only from you, through the App. We do not buy health data or collect it from anyone else.
3. Why we use it
Only to build and adjust your skincare routine, check products against your skin and show your progress. We collect it only with your consent, which you give with its own tick before you start using the App. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.
4. Who receives it

Both act only on our instructions, as our processors. We share health data with no one else and have no affiliates.
5. Your rights
- Ask whether we hold your health data, and get a copy of it and a list of everyone it was shared with.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Have it deleted. Deleting your account in the App deletes it from our server immediately; see Delete your account.
Email hello@skincarebyneli.com to use any of these rights. We reply within 45 days. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will tell you the result of the appeal within 45 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your state's Attorney General.
